How to get the latest version of registered product.

Many registered users ask us how to get the latest version of the product they have license for.
Since September 2007 we use new CRM/Billing system which allows any registered user to get the full version (or key) of the registered product at any time.
Instead of separate "registered user area" pages for different products you can access one "Member's area" section which allows you to manage your personal profile, see the licenses you have and download any version of the product which you have a license for.

Here is the step-by-step instruction:

1. Visit http://devtools.korzh.com and click on "Sign in" link at the top right corner of the web-page and sign in to our site.

2. In case you do not have your password yet or have forgotten it - click on "Forget your password?" link, enter the e-mail you used when purchased our product and click "Send" button. You will get your password by e-mail.
After that just return back to "sign in" page and log in using your e-mail as user name and password that you get.

3. If everything is OK with sign in process then click on the "Member's area" link (at the top-right corner of the page);

4. To manage your account or change your password use "Edit Profile" and "Change password" links;

5. Use "Licenses" link to see the list of licenses you own .

6. If you software maintenance subscription is not expired then you can click on "Downloads" link and download the latest full version of the product.

7. Otherwise you will need to renew your subscription using the link below the Licenses table. When your subscription is renewed - you will be able to download the latest version right from "Downloads" page.

8. Please note also that you can download not only the latest version of the registered product but any previous version as well. Just select "Old versions" selector on the Downloads page.
Previous versions are available even if your software maintenance subscription is expired and you can not download the latest one.
