Here, you can download FREE utilities, which work together with Localizer but are not included in the installation package.
Library manager is a utility, intended to create language files for translation of third-party packages or libraries. It scans resource files (.res or r32) or "resourcestring" section of Pascal units and stores all string/literal constants into the corresponding language files. Created language files can be installed into Language Manager and then applied during translation of applications. See the "Open Library Dialog" topic in the Language Manager online help to learn more about applying language files to your project translation.
This utility is intended for conversion of the resource DLLs, created by Borland's Integrated Translation Environment (ITE), to the Localizer's language files.
It will help you to save your (and your translator's) work and to return to Localizer quickly and easily.
LocRepair allows you to repair damaged langauge files. It is a command-line tool which takes only one parameter: the full path to the native language file.
Different Localizer tools and add-ons were created by our valued customer Ralf Steinhaeusser (http://www.spoonworx.com).
